Kendra is passionate about the apartment industry, and volunteers at the local, state, and national levels of the National Apartment Association.
She is currently Vice President of Elevation Real Estate and Management, based in Arkansas. Previously, Kendra worked for Specialized Real Estate Group, Brookhaven Apartments, and Triangle Communities. In total, she contributes 22 years of experience, focusing on the overall operations of multifamily, single-family, and commercial real estate property management and development.
She also serves as the 2023 President of the Arkansas Apartment Association. Nationally she serves as the 2023 Chair of NAA’s Mental Health Subcommittee and is a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
Having gone through NAA’s NAAEI boot camp, she is NAAEI faculty and has her own business, Butterfield Training and Consulting, LLC.
