Who is Heather?

Heather Sizemore is the Senior Vice President of Operations for the student housing vertical at RPM Living. She oversees the day-to-day operations in addition to leading strategic planning and execution, oversight of financial performance, and client relationships of the division.

Heather has worked exclusively in the student housing industry for 23 years. She has vast experience in both the public and private sectors, including all facets of operations and management, leasing and marketing, residence life, business development, and client relations. 

She’s worked on varying asset classes and types across the country in 26 states, including the single largest public-private project in the US totaling 3,330 beds valued at $575 million.

Heather’s expertise lies in creating operational efficiencies, repositioning assets, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing best-in-class teams. She’s a hands-on leader, with a passion for cultivating talent and mentoring young professionals.

Heather holds an M.B.A. from the University of Central Florida. She also received the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation and is a National Apartment Association Education Institute Certified Instructor.
