Who is Ishea?
Ishea loves to lead and build teams and has been a manager in several industries including construction and hospitality. She is currently Assistant Vice President at AMC Delancey Group, overseeing the effective management of over 55 scattered-site properties including leasing, maintenance, capital improvements, and property management teams.
Ishea is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor through the National Council for Mental Well-Being. She was a 2021 Graduate of the National Apartment Association Diversity Leadership Program. She is a member of the NAAEI Faculty and facilitates CALP, CAM, and CAMT courses. She serves on three national committees including serving as Vice Chair for the RPM Careers Committee. Ishea is passionate about DE&I, authenticity, and leadership.
